Position-Related:
As an Area Sales Head, you will in charge of managing on-ground circuitous deals exercises inside the relegated zone through the establishment channel and changing over market chances to drive sales.

Your Typical day at work
1-Franchise Management
2-Timely and effective communication of targets and its monitoring/reporting
3-Regular market visits to gather insights and competitor information etc.
4-Route planning and target setting for RSOs
5-Profitability monitoring and staffing at Franchise end
6-Franchise and Retail staff motivation and training sessions

Distribution
1-Ongoing improvement of trends (minimum balance retailers, servicing at the retail level for FS and GSM)
2-Retail footprint expansion to increase the availability of products and services
3-Channel investment monitoring
4-Ensuring and improving the quality of sales

Projects
Work on different activities doled out by the line administrator with the mean to always improve Sales and Distribution target accomplishment.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Min Bachelors degree with a specialization in any field, preferably on the Business side.
Work experience: Experience in a sales and/or distribution role in an organization with a sizeable distribution network. Experience as a team leader would be preferred.
